While you navigate your train, other trains will be running simultaneously according to their designated timetables.
The game features a total of 37 sets of Tobu trains and 7 sets of other trains, all operating on a network of lines stretching approximately 50 kilometers.
When playing, it is crucial to drive with precision and prioritize safety at all times.
The ATS game goes above and beyond just being a simple train simulation. It meticulously replicates the actual operations of switch rails, signals, and crossing gates. Additionally, it accurately reproduces passing loops on single lines, train overtaking, and the importance of obeying stop signals when approaching terminals. Furthermore, the game utilizes transition curves on railroads to ensure smooth, gradual curves.
Not only will you gain a general understanding of how signals and safety equipment work in a rail network, but the game also provides insights into why commuting during rush hour often takes longer due to increased train traffic.
